Experiential Learning for Coaches- Online Program
All change involves learning. Since the goal of coaching is to support positive change, coaches can benefit from understanding the process of learning and their approach to using it. In addition, they will be able to find new strategies to connect with clients whose learning style preferences may be different from their own.
After this coach education program, coaches will be able to use the learning cycle to enhance coaching effectiveness, identify the nine learning styles of the Kolb Learning Style Inventory 4.0 (KLSI 4.0), and debrief the KLSI 4.0 with their clients. They will be introduced to the Learning Style Flexibility 360°, an assessment designed for coaches to help their clients to become more flexible in learning, leadership, and life. They will raise awareness of the impact of their own learning style preference on their coaching practice and gain insights into how Experiential Learning can empower clients to improve performance, learn, and develop long after the coaching engagement has been completed.
